Twin Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (tour), together with Twin Oaks Assisted Living Center (tour), comprises Twin Oaks Village. It is the only residence of its kind with both assisted living and skilled nursing communities adjacent to each other within a spacious and secure environment.
