Cary Hanson
Administrator

Cary, a licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 1975, oversees the direction and coordination of all aspects of resident care, customer service, budgetary control, and regulatory compliance.

Cary joined the professional team at Kaweah Manor Convalescent Hospital in May 2009, and brings over 35 years of experience in the industry.  Cary has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Tamara Cabeje
Social Services Designee

Tamara works with residents and family members to ensure each resident’s transition into the facility is smooth and that their individuality is considered in all aspects of their care. Tamara begins the process of planning for the resident’s future on the very first day of admission, so the entire team has a direction of care.

Tamara began working at Kaweah Manor in February of 2009. She brings over 17 years experience in a skilled nursing setting and has expertise in an Alzheimer’s Day Program. Tamara has a Bachelor of Science Degree from La Verne University in La Verne, California.

Shuby Fazalbhoy, RN
Director of Nursing

Shuby is in charge of overseeing all nursing responsibilities. She works closely with residents, family, physicians and nursing staff to assure all residents are safe and content as well as receive the best care and clinical outcomes possible.

Shuby has been at Kaweah Manor for 12 years and has been a Registered Nurse for over 27 years. Shuby received her bachelor's degree in nursing from India and is board certified in the United States.

Angie King, LVN
Director of Staff Development

Angie provides staff training and in-service education. She also oversees and provides direction to Certified Nurse Assistants, monitors for infection control and ensures residents receive daily quality care.

Angie joined the professional team at Kaweah Manor in January 2010.  She has over 4 years experience as a long-term care nurse.  Angie graduated from Dinuba Adult School as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.

Mark Smith
Food Services Supervisor

Mark oversees quality of food, proper cleanliness and that every resident's nutritional needs are met.

Mark has over 30 years experience in food services and has worked at Kaweah Manor for over 4 years.
