 Doug Bowles Administrator
Doug oversees the direction and coordination of all aspects of resident care, customer service, budgetary control and regulatory compliance.
Doug has over 32 years experience in skilled nursing and management of therapy services. Doug received his Nursing Home Administrator's license in May 2005. He joined the professional team at Merritt Manor in September 2011. Doug brings extensive knowledge in facility operations and has received many managerial awards throughout his career.

 Angie Lopez Activities Designee
Angie is in charge of a full service activity program. Angie has worked in activities for 3 years. After receiving beneficial training and experience from a Magnolia sister facility, Angie became the Activities Designee in September 2010.

 Kasey Hartman, RN Director of Nursing
Kasey is in charge of overseeing all nursing responsiblities. She works closely with residents, family, physicians and nursing staff to assure all residents are safe and content as well as receive the best care and clinical outcomes possible.
Kasey first began her career in a Magnolia sister facility as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. After obtaining beneficial experience and a degree as a Registered Nurse, she became the facility's Assistant Director of Nursing. In September 2011, Kasey joined the professional team at Merritt Manor as the Director of Nursing. Kasey graduated from San Joaquin Valley College, with honors, as a Registered Nurse in December 2010.

Redell Davis, LVN Social Services DesigneeRedell works with residents and family members to ensure each resident's transition into the facility is smooth and that their individuality is considered in all aspects of their care. Redell begins the process of planning for the resident's future on the very first day of admission, so the entire team has a direction of care. Redell graduated from College of Sequoias (COS) with an associate degree and later attended COS again to become a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Redell has worked at Merritt Manor for over 20 years. "I enjoy giving my time to help take care of our residents. They are all very special, and I receive fulfillment just knowing I have helped." — Redell Davis
Lorraine McDaniel, RN (not pictured) Assistant Director of Nursing
Lorraine helps residents and monitors their conditions. She also helps with new admissions, physician orders, staffing and mandated federal regulations.
Lorraine graduated from College of the Sequoias as a Registered in Nurse in 2006. She joined the professional team at Merritt Manor in January 2012. Lorraine brings over 6 years experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation as well as multiple years from a full-care hospital setting.

Pantao Yang, LVN Director of Staff DevelopmentPantao provides staff training and in-service education. She also provides direction to Certified Nurse Assistants, monitors for infection control and ensures residents receive daily quality care. Pantao is a Licensed Vocational Nurse and has worked for Merritt Manor for over 5 years. "My passion is to help those unable to help themselves. I believe we need to love and respect the elderly, and that is why I love working here." — Pantao Yang
 Julian Alvarez, Jr. Food Services Supervisor Julian oversees quality of food, proper cleanliness and that every resident’s nutritional needs are met. Julian graduated from the University of North Dakota as a Certified Dietary Manager. “I enjoy working with the residents, and it is truly my honor to help and nourish them.” — Julian Alvarez, Jr.
